NO delay on sniper shots (mod)

works on almost all snipers!!
You have to press the mouse button for every fire, but there is no wait between shots like normal snipers have. Also, the damage is the same as the sniper you equipped. This has quite a few advantages. You can use your sniper as a close range weapon and a long range weapon in a normal game, and you can completely own sniper only matches. Have fun!
